Be Careful of Invisible Bad Nutrition.
If you’re fit and can manage your eating habits good for you. I know it is hard. Cheat meal’s here and there are perfectly fine. I get it. My weakness: Diet Coke and Skittles. I don’t care what studies say or what’s in it, I just enjoy it. Sometimes I just like to be a pig for a meal and it really doesn’t affect my body. Ya I walk around with a little gut but in the morning I’ll wake up and it will be gone. At the end of the day, I earn the cheat meal and I’m sure many of you do too.
As a fore warning to the new people though, “be careful of invisible bad nutrition”. That morning coffee with cream and sugar from starbucks or dunkin? Nope. Can’t have it. Grape juice because you think it is healthy? Not so much.
If you REALLY need coffee, try to drink it black.
That sandwich with mayo? ranch dressing on that salad? Get rid of it. Avoid all the fats you can. You have to got to have healthy fats to stay healthy. If you are tryin to bulk up though eat like a pig. Shovel it down man. If you are trying to lean back out out get the healthy fats in the system.
I realize this article is short but that is because I want you to think back to it next time you are out loading up your food with stuff you don’t need.
